1 Our Role as an Agent

• We act solely as an agent for LONZApet. The contract of sale for any products purchased through our website is entered into between you (the buyer) and LONZApet (the seller). We are not a party to that contract and do not own the products.

Our responsibilities include:

• Providing a platform for you to browse and order LONZApet products.
• Facilitating communication between you and LONZApet regarding orders, returns, offers, and customer service.
• Managing delivery logistics within the United Kingdom (unless otherwise arranged).

LONZApet remains responsible for product quality, warranties, and after-sales support. Any disputes relating to the product itself should be directed to LONZApet, although we will assist where possible.

2 Definitions

• "Goods" means the products offered for sale by LONZApet through our website.
• "Order" means a request to purchase Goods placed by you and accepted by LONZApet.
• "Contract" means the sales agreement between you and LONZApet, formed when LONZApet accepts your Order.
• "Websites" includes this website and any subdomains or associated applications.

3 Use of Our Website

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have legal capacity to form a binding contract) to use our website and place Orders. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4 Commission

As an agent, we receive a commission from LONZApet for each sale. This does not affect the price you pay.

5 Delivery

5.1 Delivery Terms

• Goods are shipped to the address you provide in the Order.
• Delivery times are estimates and commence once LONZApet dispatches the Goods.

5.2 Risk and Title

Risk of loss or damage to the Goods passes to you upon delivery. Title remains with LONZApet until full payment is received.

5.3 Failed Delivery

If delivery is unsuccessful (e.g., no one available, incorrect address), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or collection. Additional charges may apply.

6 Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation

6.1 Business Customers

If you are a business, cancellation rights may be limited. Please refer to LONZApet's standard terms of sale for business customers.

6.2 Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If Goods are damaged, defective, or not as described, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. We will liaise with LONZApet to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund. A clear evidence of a damage caused by the faulty packaging or problems in production of the Goods must be provided.

7 Refunds

Refunds are processed by LONZApet. We will forward your request and assist with the process, but the timing and method of refund are determined by LONZApet.

8 Warranties and Liability

8.1 Manufacturer Warranty

LONZApet provides a warranty for its Goods in accordance with Polish law and any specific warranty terms displayed on the product page. We are not responsible for honoring this warranty; you must contact LONZApet directly.

8.2 Limitation of Our Liability

As an agent, our liability is limited to:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Liabilities that cannot be excluded by law (e.g., under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• Failures or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
• The acts or omissions of LONZApet or third-party service providers.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Goods.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer residing in the EU/EEA, in which case you may also bring proceedings in your local court.
• For disputes related to the underlying sales contract with LONZApet, Polish law may apply, and the competent courts in Poland may have jurisdiction. We encourage you to contact LONZApet directly for such matters.

14 Changes to These Terms
